At Arcadia Quest Game Club, we want to ensure you have the best experience possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, we offer a 50% refund. If there are any issues with the service or games during your visit, please let us know, and we will provide either a refund or another session based on your preference.
